Welcome to
Sunshine Mountain
Preschool and Kindergarten

At Sunshine Mountain, we believe children should have the best possible start in life. We help make that happen by providing curriculum and instruction that centers around God’s love and care for us. We create age-appropriate learning opportunities at all levels, which prepare children for their education and for life beyond kindergarten.

Jesus said,
"Let the little children come to me."                                                                                   Matthew 19:14

COVID-19 Quick Tips

While Early Learning is considered an essential business and is allowed to operate in all phases, the safety of our students, families, and staff is, and will always be, our top priority. We have received guidelines from the Washington State Department of Health, reviewing all safety precautions and extra measures we will meet in order to provide the safest possible environment for in-person learning. A quick overview of some of these include:

Smaller class sizes - All classes are limited in size to enable more social distancing in classrooms.

Staggered start times - Each class will have a slightly different start time so that parents and students can properly social distanced during check-in and check-out, which will take place away from classrooms. Teachers will have a full 60 minutes between AM and PM classes to allow for extra cleaning.

Masks - All staff and students are encouraged to wear masks.

No sharing - Classes will no longer share time in any space, so your student will only ever be with the other students from their class.

Extra cleaning and toy rotation - All toys and surfaces in the building are cleaned before and after every class.
